healthy meals

i completed the 3 day detox and i have adjusted my diet to include loads of raw healthy food.
a simple soup i made was of puy lentils with onions, carrots and buckwheat flakes.
and the salad pictured below was made of avocado, celery, tomato, almonds, crushed flaxeeds, shallots, capers.
